Adventure Rides in the High Country
Our horse rides are of 2 – 12 days duration, from fun weekends on the Howqua River to the more challenging long rides through wilderness and high peaks.
We cater for all standards of horse riders and give guidance and tips to help educate and master our unique bush style of horse riding. Our guides are all experienced and our key staff members have formal qualifications with AHSE (Association of Horse Safety and Education). They have years of knowledge of the trails and environment as well as life in the high country.
Our motto is ‘Safety is in Education not Restriction’
Throughout most weekends from October to May, you may join us for 2 days of fun and excitement, explore the ancient bridle tracks, ride through crystal clear River crossings and have loads of fun as we ride through the Howqua River region. There are two destinations we may stay at, The Hideout on the lower Howqua or Seeforth Station, at Sheepyard Flat.
Stay in bush huts, swag out under the stars and sit around the camp fire and soak up the bush atmosphere. Caters for all class of riders, experience to complete novice. 4 WD components for non-riding family and friends. $450pp
